Cue: chaos, exhaustion, and a hard reality check.
That’s when I realized:
I needed a business that respected my time, not one that consumed it. Through strategic planning, collaborations, and innovative systems, I transformed my business to work with me, not against me.
From 2020 to 2022, I went all-in on teaching my House of Scale and Scale Engine Process, helping over 1200 entrepreneurs shift out of burnout and into freedom through strategic systems.
2016: Burnout: Started my business with high expectations – quickly learned that without systems, burnout is inevitable.
2017-2020: Strategic Systems Era – Pivoted to strategic systems and became certified Director of Operations, Launched Top 1% global podcast and won Top Women Influencer award.
2020-2023: Got selected as Top 20 coaches to coach and impact more than 1200 entrepreneurs to create an expertise business and reclaim their freedom. Worked as Fractional COO/DOO to many SMB’s building high-value processes for clients without the chaos.
2023-2024: Experimentation & Discovery – Launched multiple offers, tested new ideas, and found the key to my next chapter inside starting my own DFY Full operations Agency SynrGEE.
2025 + Beyond: House of Scale and Scale Engine Empire Era – Building scalable, freedom-first businesses through strategic systems, and bringing entrepreneurs like you with me.
Business is just one part of my story.
Here’s what you’ll find when I’m not building systems, consulting entrepreneurs, or recording podcast episodes:
I’m an avid dancer, always learning new ways to delight my inner child, lately that includes cake decorating and embracing a vibrant, healthy Yogic diet. My days often revolve around finding mind-body-heart alignment through intentional pauses and playful breaks.
Recently, I’ve also been exploring painting traditional folk art called Warli art, learning new healing modalities to rise in deeper alignment with my higher self, get creative and intentional with activities for my 8-year-old daughter, Anvika.
Weekends are for adventure: traveling, exploring new cultures and cuisines (snacks always in hand), and cheering way too loudly at my daughter’s gymnastics and dance competitions.
It’s moments like these that remind me exactly why I build businesses designed for flexibility — not burnout.
